2008 Trail Work - Minor Dog

Minor Dog runs from Hill Country down to John Wayne Trail.  It was badly washed and was especially bad at the lower end where it connects to John Wayne.

Chuck's son-in-law, Manuel,  took over running the bob cat for him giving him an opportunity to take it easy for a while.  Did he take a break?  No he grabbed a pair of nippers and started trimming slappers and throwing big rocks off the trail.

Manuel sure could run that skid steer.  He works in construction and has a lot of experience running heavy equipment. 

I think Chuck was really walking around looking for his liver.  He always comments how he gets bounced around so much that his liver falls out.  He accused me of running over it with my ATV.

Hopefully next year Manuel will be able to visit again and give Chuck a helping hand.  Thank You Manuel!
