2008 Trail Work - Martinbird

Martinbird (formally BZ) was extremely washed out where it connected to Open Road. 

I found myself sideways in the deepest part of the washout one time.  My ATV just wouldn't cooperate but I finally straightened it out.  I decided to put this one on the list to be repaired. 

We decided it would be better to go around the wash because we couldn't find a good way to divert the water.

Another bad spot was at the "T" in the trail.  This spot was deeply gouged and was uneven causing a tip hazard.  The photo to the left shows the area after the repair.  Riders had been going around the spot for some time now.
