101 Hill had been repaired November 2006.
Thousands of ATVs have run up and down the hill over the past couple of years wearing grooves in the trail where the ATV tires run. This causes the trail to wear down below the water diverters resulting in
rain water running down the trail causing it to erode.
This years work on 101 hill was to touch up the trail by grading it to
eliminating the grooves and reworking the water diverters to divert the rain
water off the trail.
When going up the hill there were several large rocks that presented a problem for most riders. You would have to try to bounce the ATV over them in order to continue up the hill. Chuck was able to remove the rocks. After all the work was done you wouldn't know it was the same trail.
